I just watched the dark knight rises again and it left me wanting more and some might say that I should look forward to the batman v superman film however I know it is going to be poo poo and its not the same universe

They'll hit their stride, and unlike Marvel's "throw out everything we've got and see if we can get out of bankruptcy" strategy, DC (Detective Comics) is taking things slowly and trying not to burn out audiences with volume.
