Just jam it in somewhere. Halfway through a conversation have Jenn remember back to the lavish feasts held in Autumnfell, Roast cat served with quail egg in a cinnamon sauce, rich, lightly brown cheese on toast, honeyed apple dipped in pepper, twelve roast ducks drowned (literally held down untill they died) in Darnish wine...etc..

Personally, I think it's worth going and find/replacing all instances of stomach, gut, belly, etc, with tummy. No matter how incongruous the result.
