It's not script though, it's just a lowercase old english style font. And the w kind of not looking like a w is the least funny thing about that tattoo. It's definitely just a poor translation of "If there's a will, there's a way".

Looks like Korean. The first block is "bbeu" But I can't make sense of the rest of it. It sure as hell doesn't sound anything like "Shawn", though.
