It's a surface piercing. They're getting pretty common nowadays. Basically the piercing gets partially implanted inside of a fresh incision and it heals around it so that you just see the top.

Single point piercings, from side on the jewellery looks like this:

the bottom part is under the skin, the upright pokes out a hole, and you can change the tops.

Really pretty common, but often badly done so it rejects and causes awful scars.

isn't spelt incorrectly;
isn't a pony;
isn't a picture of genitals, or two (or more) characters/people loving;
isn't racist/sexist/homophobic, etc.;
isn't a portrait of someone's loved one done so badly it will give me nightmares.

So if this guy wants Drake tattoos ? Well, at least Degrassi taught him to spell-check.

I guess it's because I know him personally that I find the Drake thing so funny. He pretends they're good friends on all of his social media accounts but they've never even met. As for what makes it tasteless? The background shading (to me) make it look like a skin rash. You can get a pretty badass tattoo based on song lyrics if you're willing to give the artist some creative freedom. It's pretty stupid to get a paragraph of text but that's just my opinion!
