What really bugs me about that poster is that the pixellation effect is on the wrong side. The movie's about a man being turned into a computer intelligence, right? To me the pixel-y stuff being on the left implies the opposite. It's like those 'before'/'after' photos, you always put 'before' on the left. (In the Western world, anyway)

FYI we had about ten different takes that were extremely interesting and cool and Alcon decided no gently caress it we said pixels we want pixels and shot down every idea we had that wasn't loving pixels and then shot down every alternate that wasn't giant stupid loving pixels and forced us to poo poo out this garbage. so blame Alcon.
