What's the expected price for the box set, considering 44 full-length episodes of anime?

Oooo very nice, the season Blu rays have more location scouting videos, I really like the disappearance features on that and would love to see more of the real locations and how they transformed them

Pulled that trigger so hard.

My line in the sand was at somewhere around $250.

They're a very limited print apparently and Amazon/eBay routinely sell copies for 300+ dollars. I've thought about selling it before

Oh wow, they sell 24 episode special editions for more than that so I thought they were gonna push it. I guess those have art books and pack-ins tho. Looks like the price for just the series is $50.

The company that made the Disappearance disk that goes for $200 these days doesn't exist anymore, so don't feel bad for not buying it. Funi will come out with a reasonable version eventually.

I don't know if any has bought it for $200 but there are listings. That happens when something is out of print.

It was a regularly priced movie at release but yeah, out of print stuff gets marked up like crazy. Thankfully I've still got my DVD/BluRay combo pack and will slot it into its rightful place in the new Funi box release

What size case does the DVD/BD combo pack use?

Well, I have to hand it to KyoAni. Even in a mediocre show they made sure to draw realistic cat testicles. True craftsmen!

Normal size, the three discs are attached to one of those flipping jobbies

Yeah, sorry, I forgot to say that part: it's MCPW.

Frustrating show. Plot holes don't bother me, but there are many. They tease character developments that don't really go anywhere. But it's not bad enough that I actively want to stop watching it. Just kind of dumb.

I will also get to BtB at some point.

I meant DVD case sized or Blu-ray case sized, since you're wanting it to fit in the Blu-ray box set.

But, you know, in the service of an LN plot so slight it'd float away in a breeze... (unless poo poo gets real in the last few eps, I'm not there yet)
