Can't attack the facts? Well poo poo, time to attack the previous president as if it has anything to do with this
Hold on while I compare this to Obama complaining about Bush.
Not true. If he died they'd be delighted. He'd be the best nig....ex president ever
They'd just whine that he was taking away the headlines from President Eric Trump's latest declaration.

He also spent that fortune to get rid of the AHA to institute the AHA.

The Establishment Republicans need to stop PresidentTrump to prevent their own crimes from being uncovered. These people are power mad, and hate the American people. They would much rather plunge the country into a civil war, than face justice or suffer financially.

Social Security is NOT a "charity". It's not welfare or a give-way program. It is actually an entitlement. The other one is VA benefits for veterans.
Working people pay into SS all their careers and are just getting back their own money after the government takes their cut. Veterans earn theirs by serving their country in the military.
But SS is not a government-funded freebie.

John Boehner is a liberal on health care and no doubt represents folks in the medical insurance mafia aka BIG PHARMA. He doesn’t know what a FINAL health bill will have in it neither does Trump or Ryan or McConnell.
NOBODY will know until the wee hours of some morning a year or two from now when the Final Law is passed.
So this article is manufactured news aka Fake News.

The response is not anger. It is strong disappointment. But it goes much further than that since this was sort of the last time. I would say a divorce (or worse) is in order. And I’m going for the house and full custody of the kids.

The Repubs better be careful doing anything with Obamacare that makes health care costs increases their fault. And there are going to be increases in health care costs regardless of what plan is in effect. Demand is going up, supply is not keeping up with demand so prices will go up. Modern medicine relies on a lot of new technology that is expensive. There could be a lot of savings in the paperwork requirements for doctors and insurance companies if laws and regs. were changed but that is not the trend. Maybe better politically to let Obamacare crash and let the Dems own it.

If any part of the ACA remains, it will eventually be restored completely, and most likely strengthened. It will become the cornerstone of converting this nation to socialism.
Every single person in Washington who supports this monstrosity including Judges needs to be removed from office ASAP.

I disagree with that. The major flaw with Obamacare is that it screws younger/healthier people for the benefit of older people who have far more medical costs.
Go back over the last few election cycles and ask yourself two questions:
1. Which age/demographic groups voted for Democrats?
2. Which age/demographic groups voted for Republicans?
When you answer those two questions, you'll discover why the Republicans are more likely to lose Congress in 2018 if they DO repeal Obamacare.
It's the same reason why the original Obamacare screwed seniors by cutting $500 billion out of Medicare over ten years, and Republicans successfully won control of Congress in 2010 by promising to restore those cuts.

It should be easy to repeal the worst aspects of the ACA -- mainly because the stupid thing is collapsing on its own before our very eyes.
Even if the GOP does nothing, I suspect most people will either have no coverage or will be on Medicaid within 1-2 years anyway. The ACA basically mandates insurance coverage that nobody is even going to want to SELL anymore.

Given John Boehner and Mitch McConnells record of support of Obama for 8 years I respectfully decline to agree with you that Boehner is a conservative.
Now, before you ask, this “support” I refer to took many forms so for brevity’s sake I will name just two:
1. With McConnell’s cowardly support, Boehner acquiesced to marxists democrats for 8 years to forego “regular order” and pass omnibus bills in the middle of the night. This practice is CORRUPTION of the purest sort ergo the two sob’s are not the kind of Conservatives most of us want in office. I personally despise both of these men.
2. They INTENTIONALLY schemed and conspired to not employ Congress’s awesome “power of the purse” during Obama’s reign with the result that Obama was able to steal trillions of taxpayer dollars for his
buddies in the US and around the world.

McConnell—Ryan & others need to get their heads on straight.
Obamacare is a disaster. People are forced to buy coverage for things they will never use, such as pregnancy costs for someone like me—who is 77 years old & have already had a hysterectomy. The hospitals e shutting down & many medical people are retiring early because hey cannot live on the reimbursements that Obamacare gives. My own chiropractor no longer takes any Medicare patients. I pay cash.
Illegals are drowning the system & the taxpayers are tired of it all.
The expense of trying to keep up with all the billing requirements is putting small medical offices out of business.

My recollection is that there was a great deal of bullsh*t going on in that particular race.
The 'rat vote won it for her. Once it was clear that the conservative GOP nominee was going to trounce the 'rat candidate, all the leftist 'rat voters switched to Murkowski as the write-in, knowing that she was a DIABLO (Democrat In All But Label Only). Her middle finger to her own party made it clear to the 'rats that they could trust her.

She is playing to the Eskimo population. Remember, that is the population that was allowed to take a paper with her name written on it to the polling booth under the guise that they needed it so they could spell her name correctly. Seemed more like a way for telling them whom to vote for. Murkowski is about as crooked as they come.

Murkowski is an interesting case. She won without the aid of the party in Alaska and has, essentially, told them to go suck it on a lot of issues.
She's like Collins--so close.

Did anyone realize that McConnell probably released her because he has the 50 votes he needed? McConnell is pretty good at whip counts and all this strategic voting crap.
And unlike the blue dog democrats that voted against the ACA in the house these votes might actually help her due to the odd coalition of voters that elected her.

I can only imagine what Freepers would've said last year if Obama had declared the right-wing media the "enemy of the American people" or referred to judges who blocked him as "so-called judges". I like to think that I'd have been horrified if he'd done so, since I'm not a total partisan hypocrite.
Basically imagine that for anything at this point; if Obama had skipped the WHCD it's be non-stop "hahaha Mr Uppity can't take a hit and needs a safe space!" Not to mention golf, frequent vacations, and how Freep would've gone ballistic if Michelle refused to move into the White House. It just doesn't stop, name your topic.
EDIT: I wanted to see when Freep last discussed martial law, and the last I've found was Freep waffling on whether Duterte's threats to declare martial law in the Philippines is a reasonable response to the Drug Menace or no. Then this popped up:
quote:
That man definitely has a problem with the rule of law — the Obama regime on steroids.

I think I would have too, since that's not how I feel any president should act. You're supposed to be the example for all of us to follow and the world to know us by.
I'd gladly vote Republican if they ever put anything I agree with out, but it's always the same gently caress the poor, gently caress the minorities, gently caress immigrants, gently caress Muslims, gently caress nature, gently caress the environment, gently caress new energy, pocket all the money we can and praise the rich elites.

Overall Freep seems to be turning 60–40 in favor of weed overall, but it seems they're slipping both in their civility and their "family friendly" language these days:
There's been uncensored swear words posted multiple times on Freep that I can remember, I don't think it became common until the last year or two of Obama's term. It was I believe before Trump even announced his candidacy, so that wasn't a factor. However, Trump's candidacy did mean that it became even more frequent, but more than that, the handful of Freepers who have complained about the language have basically been made fun of and called names.
