Gentle is a good and funny villain and I wouldn't be surprised if the arc is him entering UA and the students working to hide the fact that they've been infiltrated. I hope that doesn't happen though because honestly even if it's fun and lighthearted it would mean that UA is actually pretty unsecure and maybe the public is right.

That's super not what I was getting at. I was trying to say that gentle seems to be (In some translations) using tactful language to respond to La-Brava without properly addressing her affection, and he maybe doesn't feel the same way she does.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure he's not taking advantage. Even if he doesn't reciprocate romantically, he probably still has a lot of respect for her, and probably some adoration of her for being his first fan. e: If it ends up that he is taking advantage, I will be hugely disappointed in a way I haven't been in a manga in a while.

He doesn't want it recorded because being a brute is compete against his online persona and brand, and if he could win without the boost he would because, again, that's his style

To me the biggest sign that Gentle's gentle is that he didn't reciprocate his affection to La Brava until after she confessed to him, and what we've seen after that shows their relationship to remain unchanged. i for one ship it and hope they become vigilantes and get married by the end and there ain't nothing wrong with a young adult having a thing for silver foxes

A fighting game where you can make your opponent weightless seems cool. Especially if you can have Uraraka just jump in and make them hover while you wail on them. The sidekick system is a good idea purely because I can only imagine the reaction if you pick Bakagou as Deku's sidekick.
