Parakeet vs. Phone posted:From what I remember, the logic was basically that it was the test from The Matrix. I would be shocked if a bunch of people didn't just steal the idea from the movie. The Illuminati hides little warnings and clues everywhere to prepare people for planned disasters and quietly ask if they're okay with the Illuminati running the world. Then when bad things happen people stay calm, something-something sheeple. 1) "Thoughts create reality." This is literally magic, along the lines of The Secret, where if enough people think about a thing then that thing will be attracted to happen because of reverse magnetism. This is why there's so much dystopian YA fiction - if it's popular enough it will, by the Law of Attraction, bring about a totalitarian government where everybody is enslaved. 2) "Revelation of the method." This is like the Illuminati calling their shot on the 8-ball. By planting these "clues" they're kind of asking permission or declaring their intentions, and if people don't resist then they can go ahead with their plan. It's like some kind of weird mythical perversion of sovereign-citizen legal beliefs where you create joinder with the Rothschilds by watching Batman movies. 3) "Acquiescence as inevitable." This is the idea that seeing something in fiction will make you more likely to accept it IRL. So for example, Star Trek communicators were a plot to get people used to flip phones. Once flip phones appeared people just bought them and didn't really think about it (I'm not sure what they would have done otherwise). This seems like the most popular version of all the 9/11 predictive programming theories. But this seems to contradict all the theories about 9/11 that say it was meant to get people to react ULTRA HARD and go way overboard and give up all the freedoms, not to just shrug and move on. 4) "Dismissal as fiction." This one is almost more plausible. The idea is that the conspirators are planting references to plots they're carrying out in fiction, so that people will dismiss any (correct) conspiracy theories as fictional. So for example, the conspirators want to kill all old people, so they added it as a plot point to Logan's Run. This way when people complained about Obamacare bringing in Death Panels they got mocked for thinking there'd be a giant wheel that shoots flying 30-year-olds with energy beams. 5) "Controlled opposition." This one is pretty rare - the idea is that speculative ficiton shows us situations in the future that we might find ourselves in, and anyone who wants to resist a dystopian-style government will do what the movie heroes do. This way the conspirators can channel everyone into a fake resistance movement that is actually also controlled by the conspiracy. 6) "Just taunting some fuckers" Predictive programming is basically free-for-all QAnon with pop culture instead of deliberately cryptic chan posts.

The Khazars were real and at least their royalty converted to Judaism, but there is no evidence that European Jews are their descendants. It's mostly used by antisemites to either argue that their group is the real Jews or to argue that they are not antisemitic because they only hate fake Jews. As far as I can tell, QAnon people also believe that in reality they don't even follow Judaism but are Satanists secretly controlling / composing the majority of the Jewish people. (Chabad itself is a bit controversial, since for awhile they seemed to believe that the Rebbe was the messiah, making most orthodox Jews [and most Jews who heard] pretty mad. They've officially stopped that and deny they ever did; now they mostly just do Jewish outreach trying to convince secular Jews to become more religious. And have great food.)

Before The Simpsons predicted Trump thing, they were fixated on Batman movies because of the Aurora shooting. There was also a map in one of them that had a place called "Sandy Hook" which proves it was all connected somehow. I remember when they were predicting Jade Helm was the start of B. I do find it interesting how apocalypse predictions sorta "fall out" of uber-conspiracies like Qanon and previous Illuminati-adjacent storylines. There's always someone shouting about the end of the world, even if they're shuffled off to the fringes. In the lead-up to the 2016 election, when fake news sites were really amping up, a lot of them seemed fixated on Nibiru, a.k.a. Planet X, and how it was prophesized to return to our solar system and collide with Earth and kill us all. This interacted strangely with the political climate of the day, so you'd see articles about how Obama was SHOCKED and DEVASTATED by Putin's declaration that the American government was hiding Nibiru's existence from the American people. If only Obama showed TRUE LEADERSHIP, like Putin is doing, the American people would know the truth! If anything, I'm surprised that Qanon people aren't more-openly apocalyptic, as a good portion of them are convinced that they are in a literal battle against Satan's army on Earth, headed by the Whore of Babylon Hillary Clinton.

The apocalypses usually have an "out" for those who know about them, like pre-tribulation rapture does. It's about the believers being spared and getting to watch their doubters and enemies be destroyed, and for the qanon set that purpose is fulfilled by The Indictments. Any day now, they'll be vindicated and Hillary will be sent off to the FEMA camps.

"Strike package" has been military jargon for "whatever combination of bombs/missiles/etc are carried by aircraft on a sortie against a specific target" since at least the 1980s. Apart from business and the social sciences, nobody does dense-bordering-on-incomprehensible jargon like the armed forces.
