To be fair Raditz was significantly stronger than Goku when he died. If the dude had survived who knows? On the other hand Krillin got strong enough to oneshot three Raditz with a year's training.

If Vegeta and Frieza have taught us anything it's that the DB universe would have been crushed under some space tyrant or other's yoke ages ago if they actually did, well... any kind of basic body training. Ever.

Vegeta just convinced him that immortality was a better idea.

The only pure villian to be resurrected was Frieza. Nappa Frieza’s henchmen, Cell, and the bad Buu all stayed dead.

Even with Radditz being dead forever, normally you'd figure the protagonist's evil space brother would have a larger impact even beyond the grave. Too bad Goku ain't give a gently caress about blood ties. Was Radditz even there when Goku and Krillin were having bad weed nightmares?
