I beat it in one sitting on one cassette. My brother had Mega Man 1 and it took me many many tries to beat that. Age might have been a factor but we didn't get a NES until almost when the SNES came out, so I was playing them more or less contemporaneously.

yeah the problem is how do you make a new one that would be a better buy than 8 deluxe. most ppl aren't gonna buy multiple Mario kart games on the same platform I hope they instead use the opportunity to revive fzero or wave race or something
