Giving a guy who is going to be engaging in semi-regular melee combat a signaling device that sounds when moved is asking for it to go off every day. Even with Laius' carelessness that bell was still going to go off quite often.

They already had an onmyouji in their crew, give Laius a magical talisman or scroll and hope he doesn't accidentally use it as fish wrap.

Everything about this is great and I wanna pick up Halfling Marcille and cuddle her.
Elf Senshi is the best.
Chilchack deciding that being a human is oddly soothing was the best.

Maybe it's just me, but I cannot see half-foot chilchack as anything other than an adult, but the rest are just kids to me. Most of them have big, shining, moe eyes.

Iunno, i think dwarf catgirl is the best from her, and the best dwarf aside from OG Senshi himself.

BTW i just noticed how each portrait is ~~color-coded~~ background-coded. Polkadot for original, shoujo flowers for elfs, sawtooth pattern for dwarfs etc.

I like the elf look for her. The solid dark eyes work more for her and it's kinda weird that it doesn't happen for Laius or Marcille.

Also lol at Chilchack being forbidden from growing actual facial hair no matter what race he becomes.

I think it matches how his non-elf versions all look worn out and dead inside, he's like a really haggard equivalent of a halfling in that he looks like a teen to humans instead of 7 years old

Her father did die young; maybe he was a human, and that's why Marcille's mother taught her about her longer lifespan and how she'd outlive most of the people in her life when he died.
