I think it's funny that shutdowns are still surprising people. Ya'll: everything is going to shut down in America. Every single thing. Except essential food and healthcare services and honestly there's no certainty of those staying open either.

The national security council just ended here in Belgium. All cafes and restaurants have to close. schools will stop teaching but will not shut down completely, because otherwise a lot of people will send their disease factories (kids) to their grandparents.
