FC/CC/whatever. I could tell exactly what you were struggling with based on your posts, because of my own personal experience. I'm frustrated with you because I see myself a long time ago and it isn't good.

I've been taking Divalproex for over twenty years, but I've never used bipolar as an excuse to behave badly. I own my loving mistakes.

FC/CC/whatever, you need to seriously straighten up and stop trying to force people to like you. I get that it's all about control with you because you have so little control over your moods and it's frustrating as gently caress.

Take your loving meds and train yourself to think before you post or speak. You'll come across as thoughtful and laid back. You must cultivate self-talk or you will not survive.

Your finances and personal life will also come together, eventually, but only after an enormous amount of hard work. I'm retired, own my home and have no debt, which makes me a loving unicorn, especially during a global pandemic.

If you are willing to face your issues head on and fight them, you too can have the same things that I have. It's very, very painful but totally worth the effort.

tl:dr FC/CC/whatever take your lumps, learn from them and move on. If your therapist is encouraging you to control anyone else but you, fire her and find a better one, because that's not how this works.

funny you should say that as the state of hawaii is embroiled in a massive federal money-laundering investigation because the govt was taxing the entire state to develop a public transportation to service eleven miles of a single county, and only white people would've used it because they're the only ones who can afford to live in its proposed coverage area. eleven years and an equal number of billions of dollars later with only the shells of trains and a couple of free-standing station platforms to show for it, the IRS said "hey guys how's that rail project goHOLY poo poo" and here we are

i know this isn't what libertarians are talking about when they drop such a catch phrase but once in a while, if you look at a black hole project and think about it for just a minute, it turns out that yes, sometimes taxation actually IS theft lol. but it's a very specific scenario and doesn't work when applied broadly

Other demographic research on libertarians I've seen has shown they're mostly young males, too.

I am definitely not going to try to speak for internet libertarians but there seemed to be a consistent theme of children are adults just smaller and can make the same rational decisions. They always end up arguing that things like child labor should be legal or something similar. I know someone found an Austrian economics website that had an article "In defense of child labor" that logiced out 'if our value system says X and morals are Y, the morals must be wrong" or something along those lines. I would guess the vast majority of libertarian/ancaps/whatever aren't pedos but their world view allows for it and the alternative is full communism to them.

In the real world of course humans are not robots, don't have perfect information, and even adults don't always make rational decisions. Otherwise we wouldn't have bitcoin threads.

It is also really easy for people already in positions of privilege to not see the need to, or explicitly work against, level the playing field. I'm not sure I have ever seen a libertarian argue for what it would really take to enable equal opportunity, never mind the rest of the problems.

Maybe, advances in technology and the difficulty rises have been making that true even without halving, though I'm not sure at what rate these days. Just another way bitcoin is wasteful besides energy, tons of electronic waste. All that hardware can't even be repurposed to anything else useful aside from maybe other crypto currency.
