idk if it's a new thing or not, but you'll see similar gruesome footage on youtube in the news and so on and never see that warning people in the comments are claiming it affects recommendations but who knows in a context that such a warning was appropriately and consistently applied, it would be fine in this case. the context surrounding this makes it seem like it was singled out.

Well you also have to remember that youtube has Special Rules for people who are important vs. everyone else. So the big companies would qualify for that "rule" but they just call up Jim at youtube and get it fixed asap vs normal dudes who have only the copyright bots and nothing else.

My hunch is China probably still want to hold back on responding to India aggression. It's already Sep and by Oct that place will be too cold to fight. India's economy is soon bad right now. One can make an argument that every single economic reform by Modi has been an disaster (Demonetization, GST, quarantine implementation etc) . Modi actually decreased government spending last quarter. Every country in the world had been spending money to save their domestic economy except India.
