I wonder if Tooru is the one who gave Yasuho the rock bug that got her all hosed up Also, I really want to believe that the mysterious face Gappy remembers is Gyro and that the bubbles actually just being threads that spin will lead to some realization and that it ties back to Gappy's eyes having half the Johnny fire determination and so he remembered maybe some of Johnny's memories mixed with other stuff and has been naturally spinning things since.

So if Kaato could end up being the main villain/villain in general what's she going to do at this point that would involve Josuke? She doesn't have a combat Stand and the only person in her corner, Jobin, is probably dead. Unless she goes outside to take the rokakaka from Yasuho that'll be lost as well and if that happens I don't really know what part she'd play aside from trying to gain control of the Higashikata estate following Norisuke's likely death. Araki's been dropping bombs every chapter for a while now but if there's something here I don't think I can see it.

Maybe one of the coolest-looking efforts by Araki I’ve seen in awhile. I don’t remember the hospital being so architecturally interesting, and the two-page spreads are killer throughout, including one that’ll end up high on my “I hope I see this bit of Jojo animated before I go” list. Also a great Gappy one-liner! Just one of those chapters that has a bit of everything that reminds you why Araki’s one of the all-time greats.
