My work did the same thing and I've been delaying submitting my info because they're equally as likely to give me poo poo for continuing to work from home and mask 100% of the time I happen to be in the office as they are to actually mandate people be vaccinated. Until they want to attach a punitive measure to it I'm not telling them poo poo.
