But Delta has been the dominant strain in the US for several months already and had appeared elsewhere around the world months before that. Even if they manage to complete the trial and get approval by the end of the year then it's still basically worthless and isn't anywhere close to meeting the hope of a plug and play change to the vaccines in response to variants.

You can pay like $5 more and get american apparel quality fabric.
