University of Illinois had a big flagship routine testing program for all students and staff last year. After an initial small surge in the fall, it actually worked pretty well all things considered to keep the campus open for in-person learning with minimal COVID risk. They're doing testing again this year. Unless you're Verified Vaccinated, then you don't need to. LOL.

I can't imagine being on ECMO because your lungs broke for three weeks is going to leave much upstairs even if you can technically breathe again.
