For that building in Minneapolis (where I live), I just want to say I LOVE this built-in reading and desk nook Also the price honestly seemed a bit low, obviously this building is gentrified but it's surrounded by a lot of really impoverished areas of the city (like Philips neighborhood), so that's probably a factor.
