I like the space bedroom a lot. I realize it's a kids room or something but it makes me smile. The inexplicable wall bathroom in the last pic is...a choice. Why go through the trouble of sourcing that vintage mint tile and the god-awful flesh colored tub just to make a bizarre un-room?

I've never seen kitchen cabinets color matched to pantyhose before stumbling down the stairs drunk, about to hurl, in perfect position to fall down and have your head right in the toilet, genius imo love to block the walking most sensical walking path to the sofa with a giant boar (?) Is it staged so much that it's not really liveable or comfortable? My agent has me remove all rugs and floor mats which does indeed look lot better in photos and whatnot but certainly less comfy for my bare feet.

This at least is the room where we got to keep most of our stuff:

Nice. I mean no one should get offended, it's best to go in realizing they just want it to be as palatable as possible to everyone. Ive certainly been to open houses where less than zero work was done to make it seem decent. Memory fuzzy but I asked my realtor about staging stories, she said photographer went to one for photos and some old lady watching TV refused to get out of her chair to take photos of the room, so they ended up photoshooting her out of it.
