Tony Khan doesn't care about the women's roster which is why he introduced a new women's belt and had a tournament to crown the inaugural champion where individual matches were the length of the entire women's tournament that WWE just did. Yeah, makes perfect sense.

B) Io Shirai World of Stardom match in 2017 alone is a ****+ match Storm is absolutely over-rated by a segment of fans because she was a foreigner in Stardom (her average rating on Cagematch is 8.49, which means she's higher rated than Sarreee & Becky Lynch, which is comical), but she's also definitely had good matches though, although she was the weaker wrestler in most of those, like with Shirai, Iwatani, Kagetsu, Satomura, Viper, Mercedes Martinez.

'the aew refs are too distracting' is a little less bizarre in how omnipresent it is as a weirdo criticism when you realize it's usually about aubrey and often comes with stuff like calling out her lipstick and makeup if it's not about aubrey it's about bryce (in much smaller numbers) and I can't imagine hating bryce either

Bryce is a special case bc he does a lot of stuff that's unique to him including selling moves the wrestlers are doing as if they hit him, but it's endearing imo plus if he didn't live the matches so hard the treasure that is the invisible man vs the invisible stan match wouldn't exist

I feel like ref liveliness is one of those things your brain learns to ignore/accept after a while. It was quite distracting when I started watching AEW, but I don't really notice it anymore unless someone points it out.
