my impression is that aew is trying to build the tag division in ways not about ftr + ftr is fine with it (especially since tk can and does book them as the roh title holders) but obviously they can't just say that out loud since it's counter to their characters and keyfabe in general so, all they can do when people constantly go 'tk is burying ftr' is try to ignore it and obviously it's annoying dax more and more especially with dirtsheets deflating it as a storyline

I'll say it again: I expect FTR to be at Wrestle Kingdom, so that affects their AEW booking a bit. Do I wish they had a more meaningful match at All Out? Sure, but then again we got Acclaimed/SIOG.

They’re the IWGP champs, they’re likely going to have to do Tag League and then the Tokyo Dome, so it’s going to mean they’re not super focused this fall in AEW.
