Man I go to the bar and the biggest news is FTX's bankruptcy, I come back and apparently they've also been hacked for 500M? Unbelievable, this poo poo happens too fast. Agree with the folks speculating it is an inside job. My guess is one of two things, either a business partner is trying to steal whatever they can before it's worth nothing, or a group of hackers had already penetrated FTX and were preparing a heist, but had to move up their timeline because of the bankruptcy.

So which major crypto entity is next? There's a crypto bro at work who thinks Solana was probably too tight with FTX to make it out unscathed. Does anyone actually believe Binance when they say they don't engage in the same sort of poo poo FTX did? Tether certainly seems awfully opaque for a company that should be reasonably straightforward to audit.
