Probably continuing to use members of the six fingers as a proxy but also having figures like Amadeus approaching people in similar industries or of similar temperaments.

I figure this is the perfect time for them to try a decapitation strike on the underworld's elite, give Baal's shiny new spear a go. We, uh, might end up having a smaller cast coming out of the Deviculum than goes into it.

I don't think this is the type of series that necessarily kills named characters. That said he might get a number of converts. The fun question is who else of Iruma's classmates will be there. Alice obviously will (and I expect him to try and invite Iruma unless he assumes that of course he'd be going because he's so great)

My general assumption is that it's related to her being the Demon of Lust so it's presumably at least indirectly related to that and probably requires close contact (essentially in contrast to Alice's more typical long range fire combat). Something like being able to drain people's "passion" and convert it to mana or something
