Denji suddenly gaining cool, hip, older girlfriend that already shares history with him would almost certainly make Asa suffer, so it's possible. Bonus points if it's after they clear the current batch of hurdles and Asa begins thinking she has a chance again. Extra bonus points if Reze comes back only because whoever she is working for currently needs Chainsaw Man to fight against the apocalypse and Denji the person is a distant second thought for her.

Zombie devil said he gave the yakuza some of his devil power, which might be somewhat different from most devil contracts that are more along the lines of the devil using their power on behalf of the contracted person. We know devil flesh still contains a devil's power regardless of whether they are alive, so the zombies might be spreading microscopic pieces of the zombie devil's flesh to infect people.

Asa definitely has a point even though Yoru seems to be coming around on Asa, Asa still has plenty of reasons not to trust Yoru. it will be interesting to see how this shakes out but the dynamic is so interesting. I wonder what will bring Asa around to Yoru, if that even is possible. I could see this comic completely shaking the trope of Two Opposites Eventually Learn To Trust Each Other Despite Their Circumstances

Trusting Yoru will never work out for Asa long term, even if it keeps her alive in the short term. It's an inherently unstable relationship.
