Bakugo probably stays dead until Deku needs someone to save his rear end from Shiggy and then there'll be a Big drat Bakugo Moment and then we'll get a flashback chapter showing that the surgery was a success Bakugo then loses his Quirk and Deku defeats Shiggy with the power of friendship and a quirk-erasing gun that he found

Second part is off because what will happen is Deku and Bakugo will realize that the power of friendship and a quirk erasing gun can’t stop Shiggy for some reason. They then team up and go plus ultra and do some dumb poo poo that results in everyone’s quirk being erased.
