Some of the fighting bits look weird, notably the parts where they're supposed to be jumping at each other and it just looks like they're being slid across the screen. Otherwise it looks nice. I like the new locale setpieces.

Pirate Warriors 4 is getting 3 more seasons of DLC of 3 characters each. They revealed the first character from each season will be Gear 5 Luffy, Uta, and Roger respectively.

Anything about more content in addition to the characters? btw apparently the first is called the “Onigashima battle pack” so presumably it’ll all be characters from that arc. Gear 5 Luffy, Hybrid Kaido, Yamato? EDIT: Looking into it, there’s a data mine that suggests the 3 packs and 9 characters will be: Onigashima pack: Gear 5 Luffy, Hybrid Kaido, Yamato Film Red pack: Uta, Film Red Shanks, Film Red Coby Younger days/past pack: Roger, Young Garp, Young Rayleigh Also costumes for Luffy, Yamato, and Law, probably swimsuit for Yamato and Onigashima for Luffy and Law? Shame, but probably best for that actor's poor mouth and teeth. Imagine we'll still get one moment where he does an attack with it in there. Curious about Sanji's lack of eyebrow curl. Trailer looks kind of dope? Still feel like there's a lack of extra's in the background in a lot of the shots, which is a shame, but it looks about as good as you could get.

Hey everyone I am at San Diego Comic Con. They have a giant poster for the One Piece show, very cool. Not standing in line for panels or merch gently caress that. I bought a shirt from Kazuya Terada and asked him about his interview with Oda. 1) It took about two hours 2) Oda was very energetic (Terada is very chill) 3) They drank coffee Also I found some of the One Piece card game decks, $30 each. Worth it or wait?

Given that there's definitely a separate Arlong Park set that we see in the next shot, they may well be introducing Arlong earlier and making him even closer and more personal as a villain to the crew. It may even be that he's at the Baratie to collect Nami. Zoro fights Mihawk outside a blue-green entrance to the Baratie (2:15). The entrance is undamaged. Arlong kicks Luffy through the very same door, breaking it (1:54). There's every chance that Mihawk just leaves after fighting Zoro, Luffy fights Don Krieg and then, instead of being taken away by (an uncast) Gin, Don Krieg just eats poo poo when Arlong arrives to cement the difference in power.
