This episode was on another level. Still think Liandrin is a great character. Loved her lip quiver during the exchange with Suroth. Aviendha is a beast. Looking forward to more Aiel. Lanfear is goddamn perfect.

best ep of the show probably, they really reset the stakes with lanfear, that actor is completely pulling off "you love to hate her" and also i love aviendha and pairing her off with perrin in the Gaul role is a great way to bring her in sooner

Loved watching Aviendha spouting all the Aiel poo poo and Perrin is just "...what" And then her just loving with him about loving him Ishamael - perfect Lanfear - perfect Liandrin - perfect Verin - perfect (though I wish they'd played up her ditzy act) Padan Fain insolent swagger - perfect Dain seems promising

Minor nit — Moiraine and Rand's planmaking at the end where she mentions that Lanfear was in love with "the Dragon Reborn". Lews Therin was just the Dragon, right? Nobody called him Reborn? Or were there other cycles before him and he used that name? Not sure

It's always "The Dragon Reborn" because they seem to recognize the cyclic nature of souls. So there is no first dragon. Which...also makes sense. Cause even LTT wasn't The Dragon. He was still The Dragon Reborn. Technically.
