stardew valley is also easily modded. You can go fast, doing time management and min-maxing or slow, lackadaisical and whatever you want and still "beat" the game.

Fishing Planet is also worth a try. It's a free to play game where you hit the "grind or pay" wall at some point, but I got a decent amount of relaxing fun playing it casually for a while.

There is a version I think called the hunter classic that's free and gets free updates pretty regularly. Doesn't look as nice though

This, because you never actually have to shoot anything if you don't feel like it. You can just have a walk in the stunning environments.

I also enjoy American Truck Simulator for chill times. Turn off cops.

The Finnish map has a lot of birds on it. It's a nice one to walk around, pretty varied

i sort of got fatigued by it towards the end and picked it up again and set it on easy mode and its an incredible game with awful annoying combat. do you just have no bts or psycho anti postmen after you beat the game? that sounds ideal. i think i was mostly done with the pizza delivery quest the first time around
