Got my mind on doritos and doritos on my mind.
I got a similar looking drone without the green for about 12$. It’s pretty good fun for what it is.

I'm just so angry that you can't get a keyboard without that stupid pad, I'd have gladly paid more for a retractable mini gamepad if the keyboard just has to remain this dumb size factor.

There’s a huge variety of those mini keyboards on there, this one is pretty small without a trackpad, and this one with the touchpad on the back.

I still haven’t decided which one I want, so I’m still looking at lots of mini keyboards. The reviews aren’t positive and the lack of tactile feedback would be a problem but laser keyboards look cool.

When I was quite young my mom accidentally shut the door on my toe. The nail came off, and it grew back really thick and curled up. Been that way ever since, 50 years later. So I actually got that thing, why not.

Not like civics. I've seen a few K swap and turbo projects but not much. The suspension setup sucks compared to 90c Civics or maybe the :rice: scene ain't what it used to be.

I have a beater '04 and was curious what kind of crap is on aliexpress, turns out it's pretty wild. I'd honestly try to cobble something together if I had a garage at home, otherwise it's too much effort.

Apparently one of the treatments for that is to have a doctor pull your nail out again and hope the new one grows in right this time. If the doctor is going old school that way he should at least hand out a tincture of cocaine and opium to go with it.

Honda sells sedan version of Fit in China. Yes it's a weird looking car. They used to be pretty popular but China has transitioned to mostly EV cars and the Japanese are very uncompetitive in this area.

Honda doesn't even sell a real EV in the US (not counting the weird California spec quasi EV models)

I have issues with having my nails cut and that thing is a nightmare. I’m able to keep my nails trimmed relatively regular as an adult but it still takes effort for me and I can’t let anyone else do it. When I was a kid I never wanted them cut and wouldn’t cut them myself, this resulted in my father chasing me around the house and yard, then pinning me down / sitting on me while I struggled and he cut my nails and cursed at me.

I wouldn’t be able to put my finger in that machine but it would work as a torture device, you’d just have to get close to me with it and I’d give up the nuclear launch codes.

I've bought a few parts for my aircooled vw van (the one in my av) and they are as good as any of the other repro stuff I've seen, the spare engine i'm building up out of parts I've collected over the years has a 'sherryburg' carb - a solex 34 pict copy: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/100...id=247KRbwUvKX4

and a vacuum advance dizzy: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/100...id=5q6prQ81kGvY

both appear to be the exact same product as sold here in the UK by the usual parts suppliers, but a quarter of the price.

The engine runs fine, but admittedly, it's not been used on the road yet, but its better than the wheezy 50 year old carbs I have in my spares pile and the worn out distributors that I will rebuild 'one day'

I'm boring, I bought a UE Boom 2 years ago and it has worked flawlessly since. Holds a charge really well and sounds nice. I wouldn't expect either from a rando Ali purchase, TBH. Though the crab looks rad.

Crab as a holder is rad (beefy version of the little pencil holder) I suspect the speaker might not be, though there seem to be 2 versions. I love most though that that listing offers it in color: Crab

There’s at least a few other colors

I got one bluetooth speaker at radio shack (so long ago it may have still been called that) and it was pretty crappy. Then I got one free, a little JBL one roughly the size of a pack of smokes for free when I got my Galaxy S7. For how often I use a bt speaker, that one has been great and at the cabin it fills the room nicely.

Aside from that radio shack one, I've never really experienced a bt speaker that was particularly bad for what they are, and I'm picky over sound. I'd try one from AE, but I'd be more likely to try amazon where at least some of the reviews might be earnest.
