Edit: Speaking of selling stuff, I'm trying to clear my shelves a bit so I put up some of my old PBandai plas on Yahoo auctions. For some godforsaken reason, someone used buyee to buy an unpainted HG for nearly 4 times its original boxed price. Good for me obviously but Jesus, Gunpla internet, what are you even doing?

based on the prices I've seen, that seems to be the reasoning of some secondhand sellers too, but building it is like half the fun! for like RG and up i can understand it but an hg is so achievable even with like nail clippers. I wonder how many new runners the new Rose and Maxter have Sucks that they're trapped in PBandai but they at least re-ran the pre-order for the Rose 3 or 4 times so hopefully everyone who wants one got one at price +PBandai Shipping Tax

    My HLJ order arrived today...   I got two of these. My dakka lust is insatiable.   Also got one of these 30MM Multi-Builder cases just to store bits and pieces in. It's certainly done wonders for containing my stray paint markers at least.  I saw the Metallic Paint marker Set 2 while browsing and noticed all the colours are the ones I need for El Dora V, so it's gonna look shiny.

SMS paints are loving amazing. It's basically a cheat mode for airbrushing. Cleanup in the brush is so easy as well.

Good stuff if you can track them down. All the gimmicks you want from a megazord, but with more articulation. I built their Kiramager Megazord when that came out back a couple years back, and it's pretty impressive for a candy toy.

Weird question for people more familiar with p-bandai than myself: do they do anything special or noteworthy for the holidays/new year? Or is this that? This explosion of stuff - mostly gundam base limited reprints - is rad as hell even if I'm not interested in most of it.

satan's dick this has been like the most cursed build I've ever done so far and it makes me want to throw my airbrush, compressor and all my paints into the street. Its finally all painted up and assembled so hopefully it'll be smoother from here. I used up an entire jar of that terrible yellow getting that solid coat through painting and repainting so many times to get it all done and even now there's still some unevenness but I cant be bothered anymore. I'll get some lining and decal work after ive recovered some energy to do it.
