I just realized that Kuma and Doflamingo meeting up with the World Government to discuss Luffy toppling Crocodile has a painful irony in hindsight since they symbolize both puppet and puppeteer roles even though they aren't directly narratively connected.

To get Duval right they have to make the poster look hideous, then have someone like Taylor Lautner or Ryan Gosling wear heavy prosthetics to look like it. Then Sanji can use his makeover kick or whatever and they just take the prosthetics off.
