Anyone know where this female minifigure's torso and legs are from? Can't find them on bricklink, which makes me think they may be custom

Torso looks like it's from a Lois Lane maybe?

The water splash effect on the base is also quite lovely. Really like this model for display.

It was a pretty fun build, and beautiful color-wise. I feel like the fish is pretty lame looking though, and the head only felt like it barely connected, though it seems solid.

The Torso is Lois Lane, specifically from Man of Steel, the set Black Zero Escape.

Has anyone made a good display for the Saturn V ?
Like either a launch pad or separated mid flight?
I want to find a better way to display it then just standing free

There was that one where someone put it in an ikea glass case with a bunch of cotton stuffing and orange led's for exhaust. But you'd have to dedicate a huge chunk of floorspace to do something like that.

Suspend it from the ceiling horizontally, parallel to the ceiling. Put it in a hallway or one of those dead spaces above staircases in US houses.

I don't have those because my stairs are so compact that I keep falling down them.

According to reddit, it's in an ikea detolf, which doesn't appear to exist anymore. But the blaliden looks like the modern version.

I put one like that next to my TV after seeing it and it is amazing. But yeah you use an entire Detolf worth of display space for 1 model. Wouldn't change it though,

On these new speed champion slicks, is there a good way to cover up the axle? I’m thinking of trying to get a black round tile in there maybe, just curious if anyone else has messed around with em

You mean on the outside? You can get the blank wheel cover pieces (part 49098), does that not work?

It's disappointing that they forgot to include the most important character of the set on the box (I mean on the little circle icons there).

I just built the new McLaren today, so I don't know if this helps or not but here are the wheels and different things about them

Trip report: Too many stickers, but had some pre-printed pieces too! Two of the pre-printed ones still needed stickers to go on them as well, which seems odd but here we are.

The front spoiler part was fun to put together and has some cool technics. The rear spoiler is underwhelming IMO.

Yeah, it's definitely too thick and could use some more space between it and the end of the car.

Maybe if it was mounted with the droid arms and some bars so it sits higher or something.

The M prototype has FIVE windscreen stickers. And it’s also printed.

I have the McLaren set waiting to be built, I’ll check out those wheel covers… if they had just used black axles on the bmw set it wouldn’t be so noticeable.

I think the US is dumb for not using Celsius
I think it comes down to what kind of detail the license owner wants plus cost of printing. So if they want a bunch of detail in something, it will have to be a sticker.
