Apparently this ex-NY Times hack was too lazy to read past msm headlines and into the text of Patten's report. If he had, he would have learned that she did not "acknowledge mass sexual violence" occurred on October 7, and that her mission had no investigative mandate from the UN

In fact, Patten explicitly stated that her team gathered no evidence, that her visit to Israel "was neither intended nor mandated to be investigative in nature," and that her Israeli govt-guided mission was the product of “pressure” by Israeli lobbying outfits

Patten also stated the following in the report Berenson was too lazy to read:

-“In the medicolegal assessment of available photos and videos, no tangible indications of rape could be identified”
-"no digital evidence specifically depicting acts of sexual violence was found in open sources"
-one Israeli claim of rape was based on a "crime scene [that] had been altered by a bomb squad and the bodies moved"
-“Inaccurate, unreliable conclusions, forensic conclusions were drawn by untrained volunteer first responders" like ZAKA, which spun out many of the lies Ziontologists like Berenson still believe
-"we did not look into attribution" of sexual violence
-"we could not verify any sexual violence in [Kibbutz] Be’eri at this point"
-She could not find one sex assault survivor from Oct 7, and the Israeli govt would have denied her access anyway
