I was out biking when the eclipse happened so I got to witness it getting colder plus getting darker in a way that would have made me worry about a sudden storm if I didn't already know it was happening.

if you've got a lake bigger than like a tiny pond flooding paths it's probably come up more than 2 decimeters (8 inches in america units)

Man I checked and the next total eclipse within my hemisphere is the one over Sydney in 2027. The next one in my country is due... 2044 or so lol, it's the wrong side of the country too.
