gunlance or lance. gunlance feels a bit too slow to me most of the time but having that shield is really super handy if you like to move faster in combat i'm not sure though, i always switched between lance, sword/board, and dual swords

for newbies, i suggest the greatsword for experienced players, i suggest the greatsword if you play 4 player online, i suggest 3 greatswords and someone with a sleep weapon and everyone carries max amount of bombs

Black Baby Goku posted:Yeah but I mean it will probst be cheap to try it right? i wouldnt be so sure that the community will be entirely dead, last i heard there was still a real healthy amount of folks on it. that might just be hype for now but i wouldn't be surprised if a chunk of that population will stay just because they haven't "plat'd" it to their satisfaction/don't want to switch to being brand new again quite yet if you can get it for cheap, like a used copy or something, i say go for it
