instead of thinking of something good i am going to cash in my topical humor cards and roll the dice for a once in a life time jackpot: the byob power bong lotter drawing

every hour on the hour if i'm awake starting 8 o clock pm pacific time i will generate a completely random 3 digit number and if you posted that number you win. only one entry per hour per person. if nobody wins it in the first 3 rounds that's the bonus round and the prize grows to a record number: 2 avatar certificate. if two people guessed it then they both only get 1 certificate even if it is the bonus round. that's just how many i have

yeah you have to post a number again every hour. it can be a new one or the same one. and you're allowed to pick the same number as someone else, but only the first two people who pick it will win. and if your post is edited it doesn't qualify.
