It’s incredible. Da Vinci, Shakespeare none of them can compare to this dude who thought about what would happen if Mario was made of paper. Maybe he’d turn into an air plane sometimes. Or a boat. He’d travel around with all the guys he usually kicks the poo poo out of to collect exactly 7 magical artifacts. It’s exactly what Mario would do if he was made out of paper instead of meat.

And to think Paper Mario came about simply because the limitations of the N64 meant the sprites had to be 2D. It's like how all those issues while filming Jaws resulted in a much better movie.

It's pretty good op butt i think it would be improved if every character was an identical Toad distinguishable only by their chode, and all the humor was based around paper and paper puns instead of playing it straight.

i've played a lot of paper mario games and i barely remember any of the plots or maps, but they were all fun and enjoyable while playing and have a lot of that humor that works equally well for kids and adults perfect games for when your brain is already too full of other game franchise lore to fit anymore, but you still want something new to play for a week or two
