I had a nandos the other day, and the sauce was quite tasty. I went for 'hot' but there were a couple levels above and I think I could've probably gone upto one more, if not for the complete deficit of chips/veg etc. I think overall I'd go for curry as favourite chicken dish, but I did have a very tasty one in Marrakech once using citrus fruits. I'm currently playing resident evil 8 and you can make chicken meals in that too, but they don't look very tasty and I don't trust the chef tbh.

The best spice for chicken is buffalo sauce. Or if you are grilling cajun seasoning then topping it with bacon and swiss and putting it on flatbread with arugala and garlic mayo.

The Cornell University classic. https://warren.cce.cornell.edu/resources/cornell-chicken-barbecue-sauce-and-safe-chicken-barbecues Cornell Chicken Barbecue Sauce 1 cup cooking oil 1 pint cider vinegar 3 tablespoons salt* 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 egg Beat the egg, then add the oil and beat again. Add other ingredients and stir. The recipe can be varied to suit individual tastes. Leftover sauce can be stored in a glass jar in a refrigerator for several weeks. (Adapted from Cornell Cooperative Extension Information Bulletin 862.) * Adjust the quantity or eliminate salt to meet individual health needs and taste. Barbecued chicken basted frequently during cooking will be saltier than chicken that has been lightly basted.

I could count on one hand the number of spices mentioned so far. I've seen minerals, herbs, as well as various sauces and marinades. Yoghurt is a spice? The hell it is! The best spice for chicken is chilli because there's almost no dish or style of chicken that is not improved by it.

I was going to say how strange it is, but of course it is unfortunately not, that people haven't ever had a nice roast chicken, or enjoy the flavour of a chicken. Stop killing animals and just buy a spoon.

There’s this $1 spice from Dollar General called “soul food seasoning” that is fuckin’ amazing on any chicken dish. Goes great on turkey, too. I mean, it’s just like a generic seasoned salt, but there is something magical about it on poultry
