The lack of herbs is weird here. Even some dried herbs would bring some texture to the look of that I guess baked without a preheat salmon. Maybe some pepper and a little butter for the vegetables. I tried salmon in a "paper envelope" (which is English for en papillote) and it came out a bit like this color but was very juicy.
