We finally picked up Gyro this morning to finally bring him home, but first we had some detours We had to stop at my wife's parent's house where her dad and brother were so excited to meet him then the vet for his post-adoption checkup and shots (he's healthy but his shots made him really tired this afternoon) then finally home    and after a loooong day it's time for sleeps with his favorite toy (an empty water bottle) and a plush that the breeder gave us that has a little machine inside the simulates a heartbeat, she said it soothes him and helps him sleep.
