A part timer who's very on top of things and helpful went to put a beer I'd just kegged on tap. He came to me to ask why the gas hose flew out when he went to attach the coupler. I went to take a look and well.  JFC.

I wish my job were gayer but I'll take the ERG I can get. My job is okay. It is stressful, because of the industry and my own life, but it's a good job right now. It could stop being a good job at any time, and I am glad that it's good right now. I wish for "good right now" for everyone. It's the best we can get under a hellish system.

I am so loving fed up with this one contractor. They manage to submit data properly a couple of times and then go right back to loving things up and not responding to requests to correct the loving spreadsheets they send. Thankfully, there are three other people who can sit down and write an email/hop on Teams to give them (yet another) stern talking-to, because I'm more likely to slap them in the face, repeatedly, with their god damned signed contract, which spells out exactly how their loving data should be submitted.
