Real answer is the suicide pill. Runner-up answer is a successful advertising campaign reminding people that nuclear power kills less people per unit energy than any other form of electricity generation (including solar, wind and hydro). Honourable mention goes to the poop teleporter. Like that episode of Family Guy, so you don't need to poop anymore. It teleports it away.
