HTML and CSS are for making poo poo show up in a browser in a particular way. just do it in the simplest way that's going to be easy to change later. that way is not 50 lines of CSS and 3 container divs

i was editing a confluence (wiki) page the other day and was using the {div} tag for everything.

i was like wow, "float" actually works the way I want when I'm just making simple document.

and it kind of struck me then that all of web design and development is a hack on top of a text document transport technology.

end the web.
