that's a good point, Julia was still pretty green in her first days as a spooky witch but her look and natural charisma made up for whatever in-ring ability she lacked Anna, meanwhile, hasn't really ever had a well-defined gimmick she can sink her teeth into

Being the Dark Order's most dangerous member was a role she immediately took to but after that she had nothing to work with. Except when she joined the JAS and started choking out random people. But that didn't last.
