the chinese have multiple olympics worth of different permutations of PED that are effectively the same, just with a different carboxyl group or something so they don't show up on drug screens. their chemists are world class in this, as are the Koreans. It's why their lifters are just so much better than all the other asian lifters.

The russians in Sochi just built a little door in the back of the building holding test samples, and at night some drunk dude would sneak in and replace the athletes urine with different urine.

the guy who made this documentary comes across as a tool but it's very interesting.

As of 2022, nonbank mortgage companies originated about two-thirds of US mortgages and owned the servicing rights on 54% of mortgage balances, according to FSOC. That’s up significantly from 2008.

In fact, nonbank mortgage servicers hold the servicing rights on nearly $6.3 trillion in unpaid balances on agency-backed mortgages — representing 70% of the total.

it’s a great documentary, don’t think you need to spoiler it? but it is really ominous when the sport doctor is so upset that he thinks that his actions directly led to the russian intervention in the ukrainian 2014 civil war

“Years of punitive regulatory capital treatment have already limited the willingness and ability of depository institutions to participate in the mortgage lending and servicing markets,” Bob Broeksmit, president and CEO of the MBA, said in a statement on Friday. “While we support national standards for capital and liquidity requirements, layering duplicative supervision requirements or supervisory entities onto a heavily regulated market will add significant cost and complexity.”

The ABA warned that managing these changes could reduce competition and raise borrowing costs.

Scott Olsen, executive director of Community Home Lenders of America, another trade group, said the FSOC report does not indicate significant taxpayer risk and only limited risk to the financial system as a whole.

“Given the current homeownership affordability challenges, CHLA hopes regulators do not overreact to this limited risk with regulations and fees that restrict mortgage access to credit,” Olsen said in a statement.

Oh, I see, please continue with your risky business practices that could be problematic if number go down, since we all agree number can’t go down. Rocket Mortgage can’t fail it can only be failed.

Let me just fire up the ole Rocket Group 10-Q to see what the problem is. Hmm, it seems from 12/31/23 to 3/31/24:

Cash on hand is down 23%
Mortgage Loans for Sale are up 44%
Operating Line of Credit is up 82.5%
Total Debt is up 24.5%
Equity is up 3.7%

Seems fine. I will look at the disclosures and income statement if you make me, don’t make me.

The people getting high at work don't have tondeliver anything op. Oh no my spreadsheet is messed up, the HR email about Arbor Day didn't go out in time, I typed GOTO 11 instead of GOTO 10 because I got high lol wgatever, all fake jobs anyway. Or the other end of things where you smoke up in the parking lot to go stack boxes in the warehouse or arrange the cans of tomato soup, which are real jobs but also, doesn't really matter if you're high
