Today, he read a listener email asking where he got that idea. He admitted he was being hyperbolic, and that pedophilia wasn't legal in California. Yet. But it has been completely decriminalized, since the California police simply do not prosecute these crimes. And when Newsom gleefully signs two bills written by Anthony Wiener (who is fully possessed by The Devil by the way), it will be completely legal. I was wondering how AFR was gonna fill Bryan Fischer's "will just say literally anything in order to make gran-gran scared enough to vote" shoes, but they apparently found a guy.

They take the valid ethical concerns that arise from surrogacy (designer babies, exploiting financially vulnerable women, etc) and just use it as a cudgel to attack gay adoption from a new angle, but it's the same argument as before. Like when they attack single moms they always beat the 'boys need a father, all the inmates in prison came from single mother households' drum, but the idea of having TWO dads suddenly becomes unacceptable. And the second part is a very common cope "They're doing a thing!" "No they aren't" "Well, not yet" I see it with discussions about crime and retail theft - try to debunk their claims about rampant crime and shoplifting and they'll backpedal to "They're just not bothering to report the crime because they know liberal DAs won't prosecute anyway".
