This week's episode was actually pretty well animated. Guess we know where all the effort went. Also nearly forgot this week's chapter. I will admit, I laughed a lot at that scanlator credits page. I haven't watched the final episode yet, but the strong point is mostly the VAs riffing off each other quite well. Animation isn't great except for episode 11 (and maybe 12) that was outsourced to Shaft where it had a notable increase in quality. Also they never got to any of the Yotsuba development chapters

itsuki's stood out to me the least throughout the series. i don't even remember the last time she got any focus outside of those chapters of each of them before the test.

Really, it seems the only quints Fuutarou has ever considered to be "friends" are Ichika (in an eye-roll-can-you-believe-what-your-sisters-are-doing way) and Yotsuba. With maybe a semi-cordial relationship with Itsuki because she lived with his family for a while. But he only approaches Miku as a student and Nino as a PITA, who went from 1000% tsun to 1000% dere so fast it gave everyone whiplash. Of course, now that he knows Ichika is into him, that's all getting strained and weird too. What I'm sayin' is, screw the flash-forwards, Yots for end girl.

I just fell that Itsuki's relationship with Fuutaro is the most natural and (non-Romanticly) well developed. The two are already close friends/confidants and I feel like they just have the most chemistry. Also even though she hasn't had any real major arcs till now, she's pretty much always been there. I did just finish catching up so my opinion could easily change, but that's just how I feel right now.
