I don't know if it holds up, but I remember being delighted with Mark Henry's title reign at the time, and that Triple H's reign was utterly miserable though it had a fantastic ending.... so... uhhh....

Voting for Mark Henry because the Triple H/Batista match was too drat long and was wrong for the story they were telling, and Mark Henry winning the title and his promo after were cool moments

Oh, yeah I think I might have conflated the two as well then? Was his first run the same time as he did that guest commentary appearance and just blasted Michael Cole into terrified silence during Cole's heel commentary period?

Yeah. It was also him basically squashing Orton for the title and then doing a promo in the ring right after about nobody believing in him.

Actually tough choice. Neither were particularly great reigns. Booker's run basically ended the saddest title reign of all (poor, poor Rey), and Big Show's run at least had a few fun matches with Sheamus. Going to have to flip a coin on this one.

Edit: flipped a coin, Big Show it is.
